Take a trip with me, Jackie Gladney, to the beautiful Caribbean island of Isla Mujeres!  It´s all about the sun and sea, great food, relaxing in luxury, and of course LOTS of yoga in the rood top palapa!

This trip includes 5 nights, and 6 days of paddle boarding, kayaking, snorkeling, massage, touring the island via golf cart, and relaxing on some of the most beautiful white sand beaches in the world.

We will meet for morning yoga daily, and have a sunset restorative session in the evenings.  The yoga space is open during the day for additional practice if you so choose!  

Revive yourself, defrost your spirit, and learn how to embrace the island´s relaxed vibe!

Jackie Gladney has over 10,000 hours of teaching and studying experience. Some people say this makes her an expert but she feels like an expert beginner is more like it. She was classically trained in ballet for 14 years and discovered group fitness in her 20's.

A Week in Paradise

The longer retreat format allows for even more time to cover topics in-depth such as class sequencing and formatting, modifications for injuries and pre/post-natal, and tactile corrections and adjustments. Plus, you’ll have the chance to develop relationships with other trainees from around the world. There’s nothing quite like a barre bond that’s begun by the beach!
