Her teaching centers on the breath—working with the whole body through conscious breathing and movement. Using somatic release, mobility work, core–diaphragm connection, and yoga postures, we’ll unravel dysfunctional breathing patterns, release tension, stabilize the core, ground ourselves, and expand with prana.
In essence, we’ll rewire the brain/body connection, realign with our energy source, and return home to a loving embodiment of our deepest, brightest, healthiest self.
