 FAQ’s

1. What if I do not expect 15 participants based on your standard minimum paid attendance?

*We do host retreats with less than 15 participants regularly! If you are looking for fewer minimum required attendees, you can expect your pricing to be approximately 10-20% higher than our standard rates depending on your modified minimum attendees. Expect to be sharing the property with another retreat and using one of our 2 rooftop yoga shalas. Should you exceed your occupancy expectations we will do our best to accommodate your additional attendees.

2. Are host deposits refundable or transferable?

*No. With that said, We recommend that our hosts or hosts attendees protect their deposits by purchasing “Cancel For Any Reason Insurance”. With insurance hosts can commit with confidence and know that should there be any unforeseen challenges with their attendees, their deposit is protects and payments are protected. .

3. What are deposit requirements like?

Typically speaking, our deposit schedule involves a $5000 - $7500

signing payment depending the minimum attendees and number of nights in your retreat. Additional deposit requirements are incrementally due and almost always at 180 days out, 90 days out, and balance payment usually due at 30 to 60 days out. All payment schedules depend on the time from booking to arrival. We work with hosts to insure our

schedule works and offer some additional flexibility on a case by case basis.

*We sure do have props. We have two incredible yoga spaces, all supplied with mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps. Our team will be providing daily cleaning of both the space and props.
